A purpose-built website for a specialty cyber MGA entering the Benelux market — designed to communicate intelligence-led underwriting to brokers, carriers, and organisations, with a future-ready architecture that connects cleanly to your PAS broker portal when the time comes.
NexVerus is a specialty cyber-focused Managing General Agent operating in the Benelux market. What makes NexVerus different is not just the insurance product — it is the methodology. By combining external cyber risk intelligence, compliance maturity frameworks, and underwriting expertise, NexVerus improves an organisation's cyber resilience before insurance is placed. The result is a stronger risk profile, better underwriting insight, and more sustainable coverage for everyone in the chain.
The website needs to communicate this clearly and credibly to three distinct audiences: brokers who place cyber risk, carriers who provide capacity, and organisations seeking to understand and transfer their cyber exposure. Each audience has a different entry point and a different set of questions. The site architecture must serve all three without diluting the core message.
There is also a technical consideration that shapes the build from the outset. The broker portal sits within the PAS environment and will be developed separately. The website must be built with a clean, future-ready Broker Login entry point so that when the portal is ready, the connection is seamless — no structural rework required.
The project is structured to move efficiently from discovery to launch. Each phase has defined deliverables and a client sign-off gate before the next phase begins. Content population and SEO run in parallel with late-stage development to compress the timeline.
A structured discovery session covering site architecture, content hierarchy, audience journeys, CMS requirements, and the technical specification for the Broker Login entry point. This phase produces the Project Specification Document that governs all subsequent work.
Full UX wireframes and visual design for all six pages. Design is built mobile-first, reviewed in two rounds, and signed off before development begins. Brand assets (logo, colours, typography) are applied in this phase — or brand development is initiated in parallel if the optional brand package is selected.
Front-end development of all six pages, CMS integration, enquiry form setup, and Broker Login entry point implementation. The site is built on a modern, performant stack with clean separation between the presentation layer and the CMS content layer.
Content is populated into the CMS across all pages. On-page SEO is configured — meta titles, descriptions, structured data, sitemap, and Search Console setup. Your team is trained on the CMS during this phase.
Full quality assurance testing across devices and browsers. A dedicated UAT period gives your team time to review the site before launch. DNS configuration, go-live, and 30-day post-launch monitoring.
If NexVerus does not yet have a formal brand identity — logo, colour system, typography, and brand guidelines — this package covers the full brand development process before the website design begins. The result is a complete brand book that informs the website and all future communications.
If you do not select this package: a complete brand book (logo files, colour codes, typography) must be provided before the design phase begins. The website design cannot proceed without brand assets.
The following items are outside the scope of this proposal. They can be scoped and quoted separately if required.
The broker portal functionality sits within the PAS environment and is developed separately. This proposal covers the website entry point only — a Broker Login button that can be linked to the PAS portal when ready.
The internal dashboard is to be rebuilt separately and is outside the scope of this proposal.
Domain registration, DNS management, and hosting costs are outside this project fee. Hosting platform recommendations will be provided during Discovery.
Post-launch development, feature additions, and maintenance beyond the 30-day monitoring window are not included. A retainer arrangement can be discussed separately.
Any functionality requiring custom application development beyond the website scope (e.g. quoting tools, live data integrations) would be scoped and quoted separately.
SEO setup is included. Paid advertising, social media management, and ongoing content marketing are outside this scope.
To deliver this project on time and without surprises, we need the following from your side at the start of the project.
Logo files (SVG or high-resolution PNG), brand colour codes, and typography guidelines. If a brand book does not yet exist, the optional brand development package should be confirmed before Discovery begins.
Core copy for each page — company story, proposition descriptions, team profiles, and carrier/broker messaging. DigitlSky can advise on structure and tone, but the source content should come from NexVerus.
If NexVerus has a preference for a specific CMS (e.g. Sanity, Contentful, WordPress), this should be confirmed before Discovery. If not, we will recommend the most appropriate option based on your team's technical comfort.
The URL or intended URL of the PAS-hosted broker portal, so the Broker Login entry point can be configured correctly — even if the portal is not yet live at the time of website launch.
A single decision-maker who can review designs, approve sign-off gates, and respond to queries within 48 hours. This is the single biggest factor in keeping the project on schedule.
